Does Canola Oil Contribute to Dementia|Alzheimer's|Alzheimer's Disease?

Olive oil, unlike Canola, has been proven to assist in reducing levels of amyloid plaques in the brain. These plaques have actually been shown to be at higher levels in Alzheimer's patients. Because of this, scientists needed to know if canola oil would have the same healthy result on our brains.
